Mark is a digital impressionist, who transforms images by use of digital technology and then paints these in acrylic or oils onto hardboard or canvas. His technique is extremely time consuming and it’s not unusual to for him to produce only one painting per year; the Harvey Nichols painting was a 2 year endeavour.  Mark is not fond of commissions as this impedes his creative style and pleasure in painting. 

In addition to his art, Mark works full-time as a mental health clinical researcher and is passionate about mental and physical wellbeing, as these both go hand in hand.
